I'm a former tech exec and VC turned mental health advocate and coach. I sit on the board of The Heroic Hearts Project, which is a non-profit that supports military veterans with PTSD by giving them access to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I'm also the creator of Clues.Life, which is my attempt at building a universal source of wisdom and knowledge on all things related to mental health and finding meaning in life. Lastly, I coach high-performers through midlife transitions in search of a higher calling, such as burned-out execs and entrepreneurs who are ready for a new chapter in their life.
